Apartment of 70 m² featuring a master bedroom with a 180×200 bed, a living room with kitchen, an additional space with the option for a single/double bed, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard of the house and is also suitable for small families.

Superior Room 10

Spacious 43 m² room with a 180×200 double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a French door overlooking the internal courtyard of the house. The room can be connected to Junior Suite 11.

Superior Apartment 21

Apartment of 67 m² with views of the park and the Palatine Gates. Features a living room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a 180×200 double/twin bed setup, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment can be connected to Superior Room 20.

Camera Superior 20

Double room with an area of 45 m², equipped with a 180×200 bed and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The room overlooks the park and the Palatine Gates and can be connected to Superior Apartment 21.
